Marubeni Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Marubeni”) signed a Memorandum of Understanding for a feasibility study of an industrial plantation and an environmental one through a reforestation project in Angola, a country located in Southern Africa (hereinafter referred to as “Project” ), with ALCAAL ANGOLA – Investimentos e Participações Lda (hereinafter, “IEP”), a large agricultural company.
